Over the past three days, Primary 4 have had the opportunity to work with Colette form Action Mental Health. They learnt all about how to keep our bodies and brains happy and healthy. The children enjoyed lots of discussion about what they already do and also learnt new things that they could do. They practised some breathing techniques that they could also use. The children loved all the games that Colette had for them and thoroughly enjoyed the sessions!
