P5 enjoyed a Cookery Demonstration delivered by the Livestock and Meat Commission. During the morning the children were told about the benefits of buying meat produced in Northern Ireland. They also heightened the children’s awareness of healthy dishes we could be cooking at home using meat. At the end the children got to sample a Chilli Beef Pasta dish.
