The Primary Four children took part in the non-uniform ‘Express Yourself’ Day. Throughout the week, they took part in a range of activities to celebrate Mental Health and Well-Being. Today they completed a ’Positivitea’ activity where they wrote positive words and phrases on a teacup. They also completed some mindfulness colouring while listening to some relaxing music. A great way to finish off this term!
