Primary 4 had their first Shared Education lesson with Mount St. Michael’s. The children are completing the Forgiveness Education programme, and their lesson today was linked to the story ‘Horton Hatches the Egg’. In the story they learnt all about kindness and how if we look after others and treat them well, we will be rewarded. We discussed the story and the traits of the characters in the story. The children then created their own egg which was hatching with ways in which we show kindness to others. Both classes enjoyed the lesson and produced some beautiful pieces of work.
